Refund Policy

1. Slayista Boutique accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.

2. Over 24 hours but before the items are shipped, if you still want to cancel the order for personal reason, 9.65% of the handling fee will be charged, which will be directly deducted from your refund amount;

3. Please kindly note that the above rules do not include label customized items , which are not cancelable.


At Slayista Boutique, we make sure every piece of clothing is well packed and dispatched, and every change is timely communicated to avoid any inconvenience to our clients. We suggest you make sure all items are well-received and are not damaged/faulty when you receive your packages.

You can request a refund for one of the reasons listed below, please kindly review our policy below:

1. For the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items

Conditions when Slayista Boutique will conduct a resend or refund for you:

1.1 Wrong style/color/size received

1.2 Incomplete ratio received

1.3 Damaged/faulty items received

*Please note that: 1.There will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features. 2.The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description. 3.Quality issues do not include thread problems. 4.The odor problem of special fabrics will be eliminated after standing for a few days or washing with water.

In case you’ve received an order under the conditions above, please notify us with an image of the original receipt within 2 days of receiving your order. If the originally ordered product variant is available in stock, we will conduct a resending or a refund based on communication.

We will reply to your request within 24 hours during weekdays. 

2. For the unwanted items

Slayista Boutique allows our customers to return the unwanted items but they shall be in their original condition in the original packaging(Please kindly note that bodysuits, swimwear, underwear and label customized items are non-returnable ). Clients will be responsible for the charges of freight in and out. 

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

In case you’ve received an item you don’t want, please send out the item through a local post office, as importation tax may occur if the order is shipped by express shipping (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,DPEX).

No restocking fee is to be charged for your returning items.

If you want to return the items other than the reasons specified above, please use the contact us tab to claim the postage charges by either email or messages. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you. Please note that any returns without Slayista Boutique confirmation will not be issued.

Slayista Boutique support full refund or resend if your package hasn’t been delivered successfully 45 days (60 days for Brazil only) later since its shipping out according to the tracking information.
